The All Japan Judo Federation (AJJF) implemented the 'Judo for Tomorrow' project to send student volunteers to China (Nanjing and Qingdao) and Bhutan from August to September 2015, and by dispatching students to Bhutan and China was able to implement a demonstration of skills for judo instructors and local spectators.
In order to make an international contribution through activities to spread Judo, the AJJF is working to spread the spirit and educational value of Judo by rolling out a project to send third and fourth-year university students to various cities around the world and assist with providing instruction and in improving the sporting environments for the Judo instructors and athletes of the associations receiving the student visitors.Feedback from :
Comment from Xudian Ping, Director of the Japan-China Friendship Association, Qing Dao Judo Centre 'I would like to take this opportunity to express our sincerest thanks for the student volunteer dispatch project that sent volunteer students to our Judo centre. Japan's deep understanding made it possible to conclude this project successfully. Through exchanges of this kind, it is my sincere wish that in future this centre will be able to embody the spirit of 'Seiryoku Zenyō' [Maximum Efficiency with Minimum Effort] and 'Jita Kyōei' [Mutual Welfare and Benefit] that Grand Master Kano Jigoro spoke about. Comment from Karma L. Dorji, the Chairperson of the Bhutan Judo Association 'The Bhutan Judo Association would like to express its heartfelt thanks for sending two Judo coaches to Bhutan this summer. They taught us some wonderful techniques, and their passionate and diligent approach towards Judo also had a very good influence on our young Judokas'.
