The great earthquake that struck on April 25 last year caused enormous damage, and some Nepalese baseball players suffered damage with the collapse of their homes. In response to requests from the local community, the Nepal Baseball Rarigrass Association held a baseball tournament to encourage the affected baseball players.
A total of 8 games were played with 4 boys and 3 adults participating. This tournament was originally scheduled to be held in December last year, but it was postponed to the year after the earthquake. The players were looking forward to the tournament, they played well in the match and the tournament was a great success.
A refereeing seminar was also held by the international referees of the WBSC Asia, and baseball equipment donated by supporters was also presented.
