At the request of World Rugby, we held the second workshop in Japan, following 2014, intending to improve the qualifications of coaches and referees in Asian countries and improve the competitiveness of Asian rugby. As a summary of the World Cup 2015 England Tournament, about 40 people from 14 countries gathered for a three-day discussion.
It covered a wide range of themes such as 15-person and sevens coaching, integrated coaching, sport psychology, and anti-doping, and not only lectures but also interactive discussions by participants. It was not only an opportunity to deepen knowledge but also an opportunity to deepen exchanges across national boundaries.

Feedback from Participant :
I realized again that everyone involved in rugby should continue to learn. It is very important to keep up with the latest trends in rugby, which is constantly evolving, and I felt that this workshop was very useful for that reason as well.
