The organisation was established by Masao Kiba, the former captain of Gamba Osaka, to promote activities to encourage the emergence of Southeast Asian J-League players. Activities have continued since 2012 in ASEAN nations, and have been praised by many of the interested parties in the local areas.
| Masao Kiba led the football training of 120 local Thai primary school children. A special guest appearance was made by Toru Araiba who played in the J-League until last year, and the aim was to train and interact proactively with local primary school children. |
