JAPAN SPORT COUNCIL (JSC) carried out the project inviting the human resources at the heart of the planning, implementation and management of sports policies and physical education policies for ASEAN member state, Mongol to develop initiatives focusing on the future improvement in the quality of sport for each nation. JSC will continue to support the initiatives that have resulted from this invitational upon returning home.

After JSC visited the various offices involved in the improvement of sports medicine and science and of international competition which are based at the Japan Institute of Sports Science and the Ajinomoto National Training Center, the delegation paid a courtesy visit to the Ministry of Education to exchange views on sports administration within Japan. They also visited Kyoto and Fukuoka for The Sports Talent ID Project in conjunction with JSC to see the overall activity in community sports clubs, physical education and club activities in schools, identifying talent and to exchange information with the parties concerned.
