We taught Radio Taiso (radio calisthenics) to high school students, people interested in improving their health, instructors at sports organizations and heads of government organizations.

In every place, we were met warmly as people enjoyed Radio Taiso. To help them better understand Radio Taiso, the objective of some of the calisthenics was explained as the exercises were performed. They were surprised to learn that every move in a Radio Taiso program has a different meaning.
Also, through the cooperation of the Japanese Embassy in Tonga and the Tonga Radio Broadcast Association, the Radio Taiso program was recorded. From now, Tonga Television will broadcast the program three times a week in the evening.
