The Japan Foundation (JF) London, which is responsible for expanding Japanese language education in the UK, has a booth at the "Language Show" held in the city every fall to promote the Japanese language.
In addition to the promotion of Japanese art and culture, this time the event was held on stage with the theme of "Japanese language x Sports". Radio Taiso exercises that are spreading all over the world as an SFT program were held.

-It was my first experience, but it was very interesting. I'm not good at exercising, but I enjoyed it and felt refreshed after it was over. I would like to try it myself while looking at this pamphlet and website.
-I couldn't participate because I had children, but it was good that everyone was having fun. I was very impressed by the enthusiastic participation of the elderly.
