Out of the 200 players who participated in the Golden Players Club Cup International Rubber Baseball Tournament 2019 in Okinawa held in August 2019, two national teams of Japan, the ALL JBS and JBS Selected Team, were invited as the 30 top players to the 22nd Tirosen Cup International Boys’ Rubber Baseball Tournament held in Chiayi City of Taiwan. Under the concept of aiming for the world with individual strength, national team members came from across Japan to participate in international exchange through baseball.

The Japanese team of outstanding members competed in the Asian baseball tournament held in Taiwan against teams from countries they had never played against before. The international exchange programme included a visit to a local primary school in Chianyi City where they exchanged stage performances of chorus and dancing. They also played Taiwanese dodge ball together. Communication through sports helped overcome language barriers and the children were able to make friends with one another. They showed signs of remarkable growth through the experience.
