As part of the Japan-China Youth Exchange Program supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, changes were conducted with the Chinese youth media delegation by guiding the history and practical skills of radio exercises, which include promoting health awareness and exercises in Japan.
They also experienced Radio Taiso exercise as they moved their bodies while receiving advice on which part to move carefully. They deepened their understanding of Radio Taiso exercise, which is popular among men and women of all ages as health guidelines through exercise.
