This handball tournament also reached its 10th milestone, and teams were invited from Canada, South Korea, and Taiwan. The tournament was held with 16 teams including domestic men's and women's teams. Since the competition venue and accommodation facilities are located in the same facility, athletes can come into contact with the foreign participants and understand each other's culture by living together.
During their stay, in addition to holding competitions, overseas teams held exchange games by Fukuoka University, exchange meetings between participating team players, exchange meetings with participating team leaders and tournament officials, and overseas team sightseeing in Fukuoka Prefecture.

Comments from Mr. Masafumi Ono, Alberta Selection: Canada Head Coach:
The tournament was well organized and the hospitality was excellent, inspiring not only the participating athletes but also our leaders. If possible, I would like to participate again next year and bring a women's team. Here you can gain solid experience and strengthen.
