This is a regional revitalization event that begins with reconstruction assistance for the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011 and aims for reconstruction and growth of the primary and tertiary industries in Tohoku.

Known as the "Spring Festival" in Tohoku, more than 5,000 runners from all over the world gathered.
In collaboration with the France Medoc Marathon Executive Committee, this is a fun running event where delicious food from Tohoku is served at the aid station on the course.
At the same time, we held a Tome food festival that gathered the charm of Tohoku food, a Tohoku sake festival that gathered more than 100 brands of sake from Tohoku, and a tour of the disaster area around Minamisanriku.
