2) Dispatching Japanese teams overseas and inviting overseas teams to Japan.
3) Implementation of homestay with mutual cooperation.
4) Implementation of cultural exchange events with overseas team players.
5) Conducting baseball classes to improve baseball skills.

As a result of implementing each project, the following results and developments were confirmed.
1) By dispatching children overseas, has given them valuable experiences that foster an international sense, courage, independence, and excitement.
2) Through friendly matches and homestay life, this has enabled a repeated cultural exchange between Japan and local boys and girls.
3) Promoting international communication by creating opportunities for Japanese children before dispatch to learn English in advance.
4) Provide guidance and exchange information on Japanese baseball techniques and rules.
5) Donating used baseball equipment to developing country teams.

Comments from Mr. Nobutaka Nagamaru, Baseball Club Singapore:
The international youth baseball tournament "South Asia Youth Baseball Tournament" was held on October 10th and 11th at the Turf City Baseball Stadium in Singapore. Sponsored by Baseball Club Singapore (BCS) and co-sponsored by the Youth Baseball International Association, Singapore Baseball & Softball Association, and McPherson Elementary School. The participation of his 21 teams, including his IBA Japan team from Japan, is the highest in the history of this tournament. The 14th tournament was the largest ever, with the largest number of sole proprietors and corporations who supported the idea of promoting international exchange through baseball and expanding children's dreams. Just as baseball cannot be played by one person, it is of course impossible for one person to hold or run a tournament. I am grateful that all the parents of BCS, who value the connections they met in baseball, learned a lot from being involved in the operation and that the tournament was successful. Thank you to everyone who supported us and everyone who participated.
