The ASEAN Physical Education, Health and Sports Society is held every year by universities in each ASEAN country, and this is the 7th time it has been held. This year, the theme of ACPES is social transformation through exercise and sports utilizing IT and digital technologies.

We invited Mr. Shinya Kuno, a professor of physical education at the University of Tsukuba, as a presenter from Japan. Mr. Kuno's research theme is "Smart Wellness City," which works to promote exercise for people who are not interested in exercise. Mr. Kuno's lecture was interesting for participants from ASEAN who have shared themes such as obesity and elderly issues.

See below for the Japanese version.

Feedback from Participant :

-In addition to research in Japan, there were many cases from other countries such as Germany and the United States, and the comparison of efforts by country was very helpful.
-The presentation based on abundant evidence was convincing, and I was surprised at the high level of research in Japan.
